Hi there!! I am still walking along the area of Patpong district from my previous posting. This is for the readers or followers who are curious on how it looks during the day time. =)
Yes.. you saw it right. There’s even Godzilla itself coming to visit and not attacking Patpong!!! LOL!! This fellow that I saw stands about 6 to 7 feet. (if I remembered correctly)
Apartments above the shop houses along the street.
Guess these are the places where all the night happenings happens.
a temple in the Patpong district.
Black and white shot….
Another street shot ….
A interesting looking fruit but not sure what it is. Anyone can enlighten me? =)
like I said.. lots of neon signs hanging outside the shops lots.
Like it? Well, it is not the end yet. Still a little more to go. Hang in here with me here a little more longer and see what’s coming up next. =)
We call that fruit “Kra-Torn” and its English name is Santol. The taste of its pulp is bitter. However, its seeds have sweet taste.
Thanks. A new word and fruit learned. Never tried it before but now I know, I must give it a try. =)
You’re welcome 🙂
About the fruit santol, I have seen something similar in the jungle recently here in malaysia after it fell down. Not sure it is the same?
I googled and I just got to know that in Malaysia also has it but I seldom see it around. Guess now I know. The inner looks like mangosteen. Maybe next time, I should buy one and try it. thanks for the info. New knowledge learned. =)
Thank you! I will look to try it myself😊
Godzilla 😀 It looks like a cute dinosaur. Ah, houses above the shops, shophouses. Just like in Malaysia…
haha… well.. I have not seeing any Godzilla in Malaysia yet. Yup.. lots of house there and it really looks very quaint. Nice to a have stroll and enjoy the architecture. =)
