Continuation from my previous blog; Malaysia – Next Big Celebration coming…. Hari Raya Puasa (1)
The feeling of Hari Raya Puasa is getting more intense. Shopping malls and hypermarket are greeting ready with decorations and also hampers as gifts to friends. And yes.. green in colour
Even hotel lobbies were decorated with the Hari Raya Puasa.
In one of the big shopping mall, they did a very special and detail decoration.
One of the passage way with beautiful decorated ‘beam’.
Pictures from the top views…
Hari Raya cookies being sold. Look delicious right?
More pictures of the Hari Raya Puasa. Stay tune….
the array of cookies they come up with this time of year is just amazing – every sort of colour and shape. and they also get points for their beautiful architecture!
Yup… Shopping malls nowadays really know how to make decos that really attract more shoppers. =)
Cookiesss… drool!!
I’m always impressed with how Malaysian’s create such structure! I saw that pillars last weekend in 1utama. Such a cool structure inside the mall.
Btw, thanks for dropping by at my blog.
Thanks for visiting mine too. =) Yup.. recent years, the malls spending a lot of $$$ and coming up with great ideas to attract shoppers. Yes, the pillars you saw is in 1utama. I heard (but not seen) that the deco in Midvalley Mall is also nice too.
I love Hari Raya cookies , my Malaysian friend once gave me some, and it was so delicious especially one of them was having the ice cream shape =) .
Yes… most of their cookies are delicious (while some were a bit too sweet for me) but what I like is their home cook food; rendang, ketupat and lemang. yum yum.
The photos are beautiful. I love the detail on the decorated beams!! Gorgeous décor!
Thanks!! Yup.. this is the first time I also saw that this mall decided to have their decoration so detailed for this festival.
