Still in Istanbul.

From Sultan Ahmed Mosque, I headed off  to Gülhane Park which is within walking distance. Street vendors selling linens and other stuff along the road  side.

Within the Gülhane Park, it is where Topkapi Palace located; a large palace in Istanbul. It that was the primary residence of the Ottoman Sultans for approximately 400 years (1465-1856) of their 624-year reign

  1. Really nice pictures. If u’re planing to stay more, I suggest you to see some places apart from “classic” historical places. Especially Cihangir, Kadikoy, Moda, Islands… and many more…

Anyways, I really missed my old town, and any picture about Istanbul makes me smile.. thx for the pictures

    • Thanks. In fact I did visit to other historical places in Turkey.( I did not manage to go Cihangir, Kadikoy, Moda, Islands.. though). Love the Turkey history, the scenic views of the ruin there and the mixture of old and new Istanbul. =)
